Job Readiness
Internship Description:
Cultus Job Readiness Internship is a comprehensive program, recognized by Alfred Ford School of Management, Belgium, in 30 competencies, focusing on pre assessment, personalized learning pathway, expert sessions and interview preparation for enhancing employability and placement outcome of youth.
Internship will provide Growth Mindset, Entrepreneurship, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Digital and Technological Skills, Communication, People Skills, Self Management Skills followed by expert sessions, CV interview preparation.
Duration: 4 Months OR 360 Hours
After completing the Job Readiness Internship, the top 25 meritorious students will get international internship opportunities after their course completion.
Learning Outcomes :The learning outcome of the internship is to prepare learners to meet industry demands for job ready and digitally aware graduates and addressing gaps in current skills of learners to enhance placement outcomes.

Electric Vehicle Architecture and Simulation
Internship Description
CETS offers a comprehensive skilling Internship in EVs, recognized by Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers (ISIE India). Designed to equip students with essential skills in EV technology, which will enhance their employability and significantly bolster students career prospects in a rapidly evolving sustainable transportation industry. Internship will focus on Job Readiness, Digital Technology for Green Economy and Climate Change, Business English, Fundamentals of Electric Vehicle, EV Architecture and Simulation.
Duration: 4 Months OR 360 Hours
The students completing the internship will receive international certificate by ASEAN Youth for Digital Action (AYDA) and scholarship for advanced EV courses.
Learning Outcomes: The students will comprehensively understand EV construction, powertrain selection and mathematical modeling using MATLAB. Will be well equipped in designing, developing and optimizing powertrains of electric and hybrid vehicles. It will offer case studies of EV implementation and success stories.
